Ingredients: Pork (min 75%); salt; rusk [wheat flour (wheat flour, calcium carbonate, iron, niacin, thiamin), salt, raising agent (E503)]; flavourings; stabiliser (E451); dextrose; preservative (E221); spices (coriander, white pepper); antioxidant (E300).
