A snapshot of what we produce at Radmore: 1 pack of dry cured back bacon, 1 pack of diced goat, 1 pack of 2 lamb steaks/chops, 1 pack of homemade Old English pork sausages (ingredients: Rusk [Wheat Flour (Wheat Flour, Calcium Carbonate, Iron, Niacin, Thiamin), Salt, Raising agent (E503)], Salt, Spices (Pepper, Nutmeg, Ginger, Mace), Potato Starch, Stabilisers (E450), Herbs, Rapeseed Oil, Dextrose, Flavour Enhancers (E621, E635), Preservative (E223), Antioxidant (E300).)

The Goat meat may be kid/younger goat or ex dairy/older goat depending on the time of year. If you have a preference and would like to know in advance which it’ll be, please don’t hesitate to contact us.
