A double rolled cockerel breast wrapped in dry-cured streaky bacon, fully prepared in our on-site butchery for your Christmas roast.

Our cockerels are raised on our own farm. A traditional English farmhouse alternative to turkey, cockerel is a favourite at Radmore Farm and what we have for our own Christmas dinner.

Ingredients

Cockerel breast; dry-cured streaky bacon sourced from Fruit Pig, using pork from English farms.

Streaky bacon ingredients: Pork, Salt (90%), Sugar (10%), Preservatives (E250, E251) (<2%), Antioxidant (E301) (<2%).

Christmas pre-order, not for immediate dispatch. Collection from Radmore Farm Butchery on 23 December 2026, 9am–2pm, or courier dispatch on 21 December 2026.
